Ex You se formó en octubre de 2014 en Novi Sad, Serbia, después de algunas performances en vivo de sus integrantes en free jams. La estética de la banda remonta a los conceptos de improvisación, libertad y exploración por lo que su música contiene todos esos elementos previamente mencionados. Ex You parece entender la palabra “experimental” demasiado literal, ya que sus canciones son básicamente experimentos surgidos a partir de lo que se puede lograr con una guitarra, una batería y todo tipo de ruidos electrónicamente producidos y sonidos sintetizados.

Ex You was formed in October 2014 in Novi Sad, Serbia, after some live performances of its members in free jams. The aesthetics of the band goes back to the concepts of improvisation, freedom and exploration, so their music contains all those previously mentioned elements. Ex You seem to understand the word "experimental" too literal, since their songs are basically experiments arising from what can be achieved with a guitar, drums and all kinds of electronically produced noises and synthesized sounds.
